Directions for use in shower, bath, or spa treatment: Scoop between fingers, apply to wet skin, and gently massage in a circular motion, focusing on rough areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

For best results exfoliate every 2-3 weekly. Massage desired amount of exfoliating body polish onto wet skin in the shower. For sensitive skin, once weekly is recommended.
